About
The Shugyo Matsuri at Arching Oaks Arts & Culture Center invites guests to experience traditional Japanese Arts firsthand through interactive and immersive sessions in both academic and dojo environments. Featured arts will include Kumihimo braid-weaving, Nerikomi pottery making, Shibori indigo-dyeing, Chigiri-e rice paper collage, Iaido (swordsmanship) and Kyudo (archery). This event is free and open to the public.
