The Passion of Shamisen is a concert by Niigata-based shamisen musician Fumiyoshi. He is known for his “Hiki-shamisen style” which focuses on the echo of the sound. The concert also includes instruments which is rarely presented with shamisen, such as cajon, riq and bass.

This concert is nominally supported by The Japan Foundation, New York.
