Matthew Kimura of Ginko Japanese Restaurant in Toronto, Canada will travel to Managua and Guatemala City to demonstrate some of the foundations of Japanese cooking such as the proper way to make Ichiban Dashi. He will be demonstrating for the chefs and culinary professionals as well as on national television in each country.

This program is co-organized with the Embassy of Japan in Nicaragua and Guatemala, with cooperation by Organization to Promote Japanese Restaurants Abroad (JRO).
