Join Japan America Society of Colorado and Broomfield-Ueda Sister City Exchange for this interactive free workshop led by author and mochi maker Kaori Becker. Becker will demonstrate how to make strawberry red-bean daifuku (mochi with filling) and mochi brownie. This is family-friendly, and you will be able to eat your creation.
