To hire a part-time Program Manager to implement at least 150 events of the Mindfulness Through Play program at fifteen midwestern K-12 public schools. The Mindfulness Through Play program is an in-school physical education program that teaches lessons on Japanese culture, mindfulness and growth mindset through kendama challenges.

Build pathways to engage JET alumni in Japan-related careers; 2. Keep the broader range of JET alumni educated and engaged about Japan and US-Japan issues; 3. Deepen the institutionalization of the JET alumni network.

To demonstrate to students as well as the general public the rich opportunities in publishing, translation, gaming, design, media, tourism, etc where deeper knowledge of Japanese culture, history, society, and language is crucial in Indiana through lectures, teacher-to-teacher professionalization seminars, public engagement events, high school, and college student workshops, as well as two publicly accessible podcasts, by hiring a program manager.
