Outline
To grow JASMSFL’s pool of stakeholders (members, partners, and general audience) who can support the Society’s mid-term goals and long-terms sustainability, it conducts the following events: 1) 4 quarterly events with 100 attendees for each event which will be both social and cultural; 2) develop printed materials and photo/video records of those events to promote the organization’s networking; and 3) develop a list of stakeholders (members, sponsors, and partners) and hold at least 20 meetings in 2025 (during the grant period).

OutlineJASGC updates the Japanese Investment Map & Brochure from a paper printed version to a digital version. The Map & Brochure has Japanese-owned companies in Greater Cincinnati as well as a map that shows their locations. It also provides information on the region such as population, average housing cost and commute time, and a list of local Japan-focused organizations.

OutlineJAS Minnesota hires a graphic designer to create updated printed materials (evergreen flyers, JASM-themed merchandise, and tablecloths for the events) to raise the awareness of JASM, Japan and Japanese culture. Also, JAS Minnesota hires a marketing consultant to guide JASM to improve their social media strategy and how to advertise the organization.
