Please come and join the University of Illinois Japan House Matsuri!
On Saturday, May 6 from 12-9pm, Japan House will celebrate the end of the spring semester, Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and 25 years in the Arboretum at the University of Illinois with a celebratory day of Asian performances, food and artistry followed by fireworks. This exciting event at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign welcomes everyone from the Midwest to join!

Admission to the Matsuri Festival and all outdoor performances are free. Activities like tea ceremony will require pre-paid tickets. Food and retail vendors will be independently taking money. There will be a Family Area with free activities. All events and activities will take place outside in the Arboretum rain or shine. Matsuri will feature various Asian student organizations, artists, performers, and businesses.
