NEXUS is a new leadership initiative designed to train emerging security experts from Japan, the United States, and Europe. GMF will select 10 Master’s and PhD students for a series of expert-led webinars and an in-person training in Washington, DC this November, covering nuclear deterrence, nonproliferation, and trilateral alliance politics.
