Outline | To support the hiring of a new part-time Event Coordinator who oversees and enhances diverse cultural activities at the Gardens. The Event Coordinator also coordinates with the leadership team and manage over 30 events annually such as expanded art gallery exhibits, koto and cello concerts, Nihon-buyo and Buto performances, a cosplay festival, Japanese film and documentary screenings, manga workshop series, and cultural lectures. The project also aims to engage various demographics and interests within the community through an improved outreach program and to strengthen their partnerships with other organizations throughout the greater Tucson and southern Arizona areas. |
