The goal of the “Three-Year Plan to Achieve Sustainability” is to
create a sustainable organization with an effective network which will enhance
the quality & quantity of programs in Colorado which promote good relations
with Japan. We aim to achieve this goal by expanding our network into Northern
Colorado, increasing & expanding membership activities, and hiring a
part-time Development Director, who will assist with JAS Colorado program
expansion as well as coordination & collaboration with non-staffed Japanese
organizations in Colorado.

The Director of Development and Programming has enabled JASG to sustain and
expand membership, create long-term sustainable programs and projects to ensure
the growth of the Society, and expand membership and programming outside the
metropolitan Atlanta area. The DDP will continue to manage the outreach
project, working to develop and execute effective membership outreach and
fundraising campaigns.
