About
University of Pennsylvania, Meiji Jingu Intercultural Research Institute, Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia will collaborate on a series of commemorative events to celebrate the historical ties between the city of Philadelphia and 19th century Japan. Events include exhibitions, cultural and educational events, and an international symposium. This symposium is free, open to the public and supported by the Institutional Project Support (IPS) Small grant program.
